Ordering Process
From Sample DevelopmentTo Bulk Production
Our structured ordering process ensures every product is developed, approved, and manufactured according to buyer specifications while maintaining consistent quality and delivery timelines.
Sample Development
New samples or buyer-requested developments are created and shared within 7–12 days to initiate the product approval process.
Sample Review
Samples are reviewed by the buyer’s designated QA team or approved remotely through shared images and documentation.
Specification Adjustments
Any amendments or changes requested by the buyer are incorporated to ensure the final product meets the required specifications.
Production Timeline
Once samples are approved, production begins with a lead time of approximately 55–70 days for first orders and 55–60 days for repeat orders.
Sampling Policy
Sample development is charged and dispatched on the buyer’s account. The sampling cost is adjusted upon confirmation of a bulk order.

Under FOB terms, we arrange transportation of the goods to the port of shipment, where responsibility transfers to the buyer once the cargo is loaded onto the vessel.
Free-Handed Cargo Delivery
For buyers preferring additional logistics support, we offer Free-Handed Cargo where goods are shipped directly to the buyer’s port, after which the buyer handles customs clearance and release.
